This community service project is directly aligned with one of the six Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® 2022-2026 international program initiatives, which is “Enhancing Our Environment.”
As an international organization, Alpha Kappa Alpha’s focus with regard to this initiative is to engage its 120,000 active members in specific strategies to improve and protect the environment at scale.
